With the hectic hustle and bustle of our lives, I find that a daily affirmation each morning is one of the best practices to have. It’s a quick and easy way to motivate yourself and begin your day! Start off by creating a list of positive things about yourself, For example: I am strong, I am amazing, I am capable, I am the CEO of my life, etc… you can write it on sticky notes, or a mirror or even on a piece of paper and post it on the refrigerator. It’s up to you to post it in a place you will see it each day! Remind yourself of who and what you are. The stresses of life sometimes makes us feel that we’re not worthy, we’re failures and can also cause us forget the wonderful Godly creations we are. Let’s start reminding ourselves of our greatness, value and worth with a simple yet affective affirmation each day! Let’s speak life into our existence!!!
